At a Glance
Compassion is one of the world’s leading child development organizations. They have successfully revolutionized the fight against global poverty through partnership with the local church. Radiant (Bark's charitable division) was hired to re-imagine their primary donor system, My Compassion, and help solve the challenge of getting sponsors to write letters to their Compassion children quickly. They came on as a Radiant ONE client, so we could meaningfully integrate into the Compassion Team.
Throughout the course of a year, we worked alongside the Compassion team to create a donor portal system we are genuinely proud of — one that gives donors a pleasant user experience and allows them to stay up-to-date with the children they sponsor. The new MyCompassion portal has been an enormous success; it’s way easier to use and makes the entire experience seamless.
Our Contribution
- Joined the Compassion team to work collaboratively on donor management solutions
- Design and UX of MyCompassion, a fully-integrated donor system and letter-writing platform
- Integration of development servers for code collaboration
