What Do We Do?

One of the questions we get asked at Radiant is, “What exactly do you guys do?”

We like that question.

Every single day, we look for opportunities to work with churches and ministries around the world. In fact, we make it our goal to help churches and ministries reflect the radiance of Christ through ideas, planning, design and technology.

One of the other questions we get asked is, “How did you come up with the name Radiant? Where did it come from?”

It comes from Psalm 34, verse 5: “Those who look to Him are radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed.”

We love that.

Imagine a church – a body of Christians – that are challenging one another to pursue God whole-heartedly, listening to His voice, ultimately calling them to their purpose, giving them clarity on what they’re called to be about and to do. Then imagine those believers using communication mediums to effectively deliver the powerful and life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

That vision is the pulse of our organization. We deeply desire to see churches and Christian ministries reflect the radiance of Christ in everything that they do. That means hard work. Honesty

Be true to yourself in the way you communicate. Your marketing has to deliver a brand promise that is an accurate representation of what the customer will experience in working with you. (Your customer = Clients, Community, Advisors, Potential Customers, etc.)

Quality

Whatever you do, do it with excellence. That doesn’t have to mean it will cost a lot, but it does mean that you are committed to being the very best that you can be.

Consistency

Your messages (visual, textual, etc.) need to be consistent in all mediums and over a pre-determined amount of time.

Frequency

How often you share your message is critically important to the success of its adoption and impact on your brand.
