At A Glance
What began as a mission of two Christian women to feed, clothe and educate the children and families of one of the poorest neighborhoods in Wilmington, Delaware, continues today.
From those humble beginnings in 1927, the work and reach of Neighborhood House have expanded, allowing them to serve low-to-moderate income communities throughout their county.
Realizing that their marketing, communications and fundraising efforts needed an overhaul, they came to us looking for meaningful solutions that would reengage stakeholders and elevate their new brand.
For a ministry that had been around for nearly a century, Neighborhood House showed no signs of slowing down. With demand for their programs and services growing, they knew it was time to make a change. And their new identity, which had been designed just prior to our partnership with them, was emblematic of their commitment to move forward.
Before we offered any strategies or recommendations, we completed an omni-channel review of everything Neighborhood House was doing, from digital to print. That comprehensive assessment laid the foundation for the plan we presented to leadership.
With a roadmap in place, we went to work, believing that the best days of this storied institution were still to come.
