Radiant’s AI Policy

Our Commitment to Faithful and Responsible AI Use

At Radiant, we thoughtfully use artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool to enhance the way we serve Christian churches and ministries.

As an agency committed to following Christ and stewarding the resources entrusted to us, we believe technology must remain a servant — never a substitute for wisdom, discernment or leadership.

1. Human Leadership Remains Central

AI may assist our team in research, brainstorming, analysis, drafting and workflow efficiency.

However:

  • Every strategy is led, evaluated and finalized by experienced professionals.

  • Every recommendation is reviewed by a human.

  • Every deliverable is refined through professional oversight.

AI may support the process, but discernment, accountability and final decisions remain human-led.

2. Our Use of AI Reflects Our Christian Convictions

Radiant exists to help ministries solve marketing, communications and technological challenges for the glory of God.

We will not use AI in ways that:

  • Compromise biblical convictions

  • Distort theological clarity

  • Misrepresent a ministry’s voice or mission

  • Replace authentic storytelling rooted in real Kingdom impact

Christ is the head of our organization. Technology is not.

3. Confidentiality and Digital Stewardship

Ministries entrust us with sensitive information, donor data and strategic insight. We treat that trust with care.

When AI tools are used:

  • Sensitive information is handled responsibly

  • Confidential data is not entered into unsecured or inappropriate systems

  • Privacy obligations and applicable regulations are respected

  • Industry best practices guide our approach

Stewardship includes digital stewardship.

4. Excellence Over Automation

AI can improve efficiency and enhance research capabilities. It can help us explore ideas, refine language and analyze data more effectively.

But efficiency will never replace excellence.

All work delivered to our clients is subject to human review, professional judgment and our internal quality standards.

5. Ongoing Evaluation and Accountability

AI technology is evolving rapidly. Radiant remains committed to:

  • Evaluating tools before adoption

  • Following applicable laws and regulations

  • Continual learning and internal oversight

  • Transparent communication when appropriate

Faithful leadership requires thoughtful adoption — not blind reliance.

Our Commitment

At Radiant:

People lead.
Professionals decide.
Christ remains sovereign.

AI is simply one of the tools we use to serve ministries with greater clarity and excellence.
